Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and deliver land and site development projects on time and within budget while managing client expectations

  • Lead business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, contributing to proposals, project scoping, and RFP responses

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal/external project teams

  • Provide direction to project teams, manage schedules, and oversee project execution

  • Manage project financials, including budgets, invoicing, progress payments, and accounts receivable

  • Participate in business development and client relationship initiatives

  • Support contract administration and attend project meetings as required

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a project management role

  • C.E.T. or P.Eng. designation

  • Knowledge of the Site Plan review process

  • Understanding of applicable engineering standards, practices, and legislative regulations

  • Proficiency with MS Office and related software

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work across multiple projects
