They serve clients in the energy, data center, and infrastructure industries and are known for delivering tailored, high-performance systems with technical precision.</p><h3>Role Overview</h3><p>We\'re hiring a Project Manager to lead the Engineering and Project groups within a growing transformer division. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the technical and operational execution of complex transformer-related projects while acting as a key liaison across internal and external teams. This role requires a strong foundation in electrical engineering, solid project management capabilities, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams across multiple locations.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Oversee engineering and project teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of transformer projects</li><li>Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communication across departments</li><li>Manage stakeholder expectations, reporting progress to executive leadership and clients</li><li>Review technical specifications and ensure engineering solutions align with project goals</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry codes, and quality protocols</li><li>Facilitate site visits, client meetings, and coordination with external vendors as needed</li><li>Identify project risks and actively manage mitigation strategies</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Must be based in Canada</li><li><b>Degree in Electrical Engineering</b></li><li>3–5+ years of project management experience in an engineering or technical environment</li><li>Fluency in English and Mandarin</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Willingness to travel across Canada and the U.S.</li><li>Preferred: Prior experience working with transformers or substation equipment</li><li>Preferred: PMP certification or formal project management training</li><li>Preferred: Experience managing remote technical teams</li></ul></p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
