We are seeking a Non-IT Project Manager for a 4-month contract opportunity in Edmonton, Alberta. This is an onsite role.
Work Experience:
- 5 years - Direct experience in a non-IT project management role
- 3 years - Experience defining project scope and goals in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- 3 years - Experience developing project deliverables including project charters, business cases, briefing notes, status reports, risk logs and project closures.
- 5 years - Experience exercising resourcefulness when making recommendations on highly technical or complex business issues without formal guidelines or precedents.
- 3 years - Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
Nice to Have:
- 3 years - Experience creating and managing project forecasts in Microsoft Project.
- 5 years - Experience leading and facilitating meetings with stakeholders at all levels.
- 5 years - Experience using MS Project tools in a project server environment.
- 3 years - Experience working in or for the public sector.
