As we continue to grow our <strong>Oakville</strong> <strong>team</strong>, we’re looking for a <strong>Project Manager (Exhibits & Trade Shows)</strong> who’s passionate about building exceptional environments and managing every detail of the production process.</p><p>This role focuses on <strong>custom-built exhibit and event environments</strong>, where you’ll play a key role in delivering projects <strong>on time, on budget, and beyond client expectations</strong>.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Own the end-to-end production process, managing project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and execution.</li><li>Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams using Impact XM project management systems to ensure all details are tracked.</li><li>Proactively identify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and deliver effective solutions.</li><li>Support global estimating efforts by preparing detailed, accurate cost estimates.</li><li>Partner with design teams on materials, finishes, and sourcing to ensure feasibility, quality, and brand alignment.</li><li>Create and maintain implementation plans, work-back schedules, and vendor communications.</li><li>Manage subcontractors and suppliers, including coordinating services and issuing purchase orders.</li><li>Mentor and support junior team members, particularly Project Coordinators.</li><li>Participate in post-project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul><li>A passion for production, process, and people—you thrive on bringing ideas to life.</li><li>5–10 years of experience in exhibits, trade shows, events, or experiential marketing (or a similar project-based environment).</li><li>A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings, with a basic understanding of structural mechanics.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects.</li><li>Solid understanding of production materials, trade show regulations, and industry best practices.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a client-first mindset.</li><li>Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>OUR BRAND – What We Believe</strong></p><p>Passion</p><p>is Paramount – We love what we do, take pride in doing it and celebrate what we accomplish.</p><p>ABC</p><p>Always Be CURIOUS – We explore the possibilities, discover innovative solutions, and learn from experience.</p><p>We>Me</p><p>Collaboration and transparent communication creates our best work.</p><p>Trust</p><p>is Earned – We are defined by our actions and held accountable to our co-workers, clients, and outcomes.</p><p>Respect</p><p>is Given – We understand, acknowledge, and appreciate the perspective and actions of others.</p><p></p><p><strong>Safety Message:</strong></p><p>We want to ensure your safety and protect you from potential scams.
