Overview
JOM Pharma is expanding its cold chain logistics capacity at our Shepherdsville, KY site and is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead this initiative. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or logistics sectors, with experience in cold chain supply and compliance standards being highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution for cold chain logistics expansion initiatives.
- Develop project charters, timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure on-time and within-scope delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, quality, IT, and supply chain.
- Oversee vendor relationships and manage third-party contractors involved in facility expansion and cold chain solutions.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, GDP, and other regulatory standards related to pharmaceutical cold chain operations.
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies; proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Track and report progress to leadership and key stakeholders through dashboards, presentations, and status reports.
- Drive continuous improvement in logistics and storage practices to support product integrity and patient safety.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of project management experience, with exposure to pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences environments.
- Experience with cold chain logistics, warehouse expansion, or supply chain facility projects strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of GxP compliance, FDA, and GDP requirements.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP certification is a plus.
