From Procurement to Finance to IT services and much more, the Quality & Operation Department provides critical support for all of Huawei Canada. About the job:
Support project governance, reporting, and performance tracking across the organization; ensure that all projects align with strategic objectives and follow standardized processes with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, improve visibility, and support decision-making at the executive level.
Track project milestones and key deliverables to ensure alignment with strategic KPIs.
Consolidate and maintain PMO dashboards, project documentation, and reporting packages.
Conduct data analysis on project performance and generate executive-level reports.
Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders including project managers, department heads, and executives.
Coordinate cross-functional meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
Support portfolio management activities such as project intake, prioritization, and resource planning.
Support the development and optimization of PMO frameworks, tools, and standards, promote adherence to PMO methodologies and foster a culture of transparency and accountability.
