At Bedard Resources, we don't just fill positions-we build careers and empower people to thrive.</p><p><br></p><p><b>The main tasks:</b></p><p><b>Personnel Management (On-site at the Client)</b></p><ul><li>With your positive energy, you warmly welcome and ensure the full integration of new employees.</li><li>You actively engage with your employees by investing time to understand their career aspirations and supporting their professional development in collaboration with managers.</li><li>You approve timesheets, coordinate schedules, and monitor absenteeism cases.</li><li>As a health and safety ambassador, you work closely with our OHS team to ensure that employees consistently operate in a safe environment by enforcing best practices.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Recruitment (At the Office)</b></p><ul><li>When notified of new applicants, you promptly contact potential candidates and conduct<b> </b>initial phone screenings.</li><li>For every position you manage, you meet candidates to assess their profiles and place them in the most suitable roles.</li><li>You build lasting relationships with candidates and actively promote available job opportunities.</li><li>You enjoy visiting job sites to better understand the work environment and the teams you recruit for.</li><li>You contribute to growth initiatives by expanding your network within the industrial sector and leveraging your business development skills.</li><li>You remain flexible and open to handling any other related tasks as needed.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>The benefits of this position?</b></p><ul><li>We recognize your hard work, which is why we offer you a highly competitive salary and a full range of benefits.</li><li>We celebrate you with a paid day off on your birthday AND work anniversary.</li><li>When you are on the road to visit clients, you are entitled to a reimbursement of mileage.</li><li>Starting with 3 weeks of pro-rated vacation; a 4th week accrues after three years.</li><li>We offer a competitive group insurance plan.</li><li>You have access to a confidential and free Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to support you when needed.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>You have about 2 years of experience in personnel and customer service management</li><li>Recruitment and integration of new employees are not unknown to you because you have done this before.</li><li>You have access to a vehicle to visit clients in the greater metropolitan area.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Salary</b>: Between $60,000 and $75,000 per year</p><p><b>Schedule</b>: Day shift, full time.</p><p><b>Status</b>: Permanent.</p>Create Your Resume First
