Position Overview:

Lambert Nemec Group is partnering with a respected organization in search of a Regional Sales Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to manage a Western Canada and U.S. territory, driving net-new software sales to manufacturing clients. The successful candidate will combine a hunter mindset with strong technical acumen, guiding prospects through the full sales cycle, building meaningful relationships, and closing deals that contribute directly to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end sales process for a portfolio of manufacturing clients, from initial prospecting to final close.

  • Identify and engage decision-makers within target accounts, leveraging phone and virtual communications to build rapport and demonstrate value.

  • Conduct engaging virtual product demonstrations and lead prospects to webinars, seminars, and informative sessions.

  • Maintain an active sales pipeline, managing CRM records, forecasting revenue, and ensuring consistent follow-up on opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams—including Customer Service, Support, Consulting, Marketing, and Accounting—to ensure seamless client experiences.

  • Partner with resellers and referral networks to expand reach and leverage existing client relationships.

  • Represent the company at select North American trade shows and industry events.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in software sales, selling into manufacturing environments.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in net-new business development with full sales cycle ownership.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field preferred.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, paired with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Comfortable managing a high-volume outbound calling schedule and virtual client interactions.

  • Canadian citizen with valid passport; English proficiency required.
