As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in this office by focusing on prevention. Your commitment to patient education and motivation is as important as the treatments you provide.

Schedule:

Tuesdays: 8:15am – 4:45pm

Wednesdays: 1:00pm – 8:30pm


Thursdays: 8:15am – 4:45pm

Fridays: 8:15am – 4:45pm



Compensation:

Hygienists with 5-10 years of experience 60-65/hr
New grads: 55/hr (These rates reflect the compensation for individuals in these roles based on their level of experience)

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

Your primary responsibility is to educate patients about proper oral care for their teeth and gums.

Working alongside the dentist, you will build strong and lasting relationships with the patients, establishing rapport and trust. To enhance the educational experience, you will utilize teaching aids such as photos, x-rays, and reviewing outstanding treatment plans.

This will help the patients understand the value and importance of their treatment.



1. RDH Degree: A degree in Dental Hygiene is essential for this role.

It demonstrates the necessary knowledge and skills required to perform the duties effectively.
