<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><ul><li><b>Location:</b> <em>Collingwood, Ontario, Canada</em></li><li><b>Compensation:</b> <em>Salary </em></li><li><b>Job Type:</b> <em>Contract (6 Months)</em></li><li><b>Schedule:</b> <em>Flexible Schedule with Evenings & Weekends Required </em></li></ul><b>Job Overview:</b><br />The Lifestyle Rental Assistant is responsible for assisting and supporting the Lifestyle Rental Consultants and Lifestyle Rental Supervisor with professionally completing follow-ups with prospective tenants for the ultimate purpose of renting suites.<br /> <p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Be the first point of contact for incoming leasing phone calls and emails. </li><li>Assist with showing units to prospective tenants.</li><li>Assist with checking credit references and other application processing.</li><li>Ensure customer service satisfaction, conduct customer service calls following tenant move ins. </li></ul><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Demonstrate strong customer service skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills. </li><li>Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively.</li><li>Demonstrate enthusiasm and energy.</li><li>Multi-task, organize work flow and remain detail oriented.</li><li>Work independently as well as with a team.</li><li>Knowledge of the Landlord Tenant Act, Human Rights Code and other applicable legislation would be an asset.</li></ul><p><b>Education & Experience:</b></p><ul><li>High school diploma or 2 years work related experience.</li><li>Previous experience renting apartments and assisting tenants would be an asset.</li><li>Experienced in sales, customer service, or related field would be an asset.</li><li>Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record and automobile insurance.</li></ul><p><strong>Who are we?</strong><br />Skyline is a capital management company that acquires, develops, and manages real estate properties and clean energy assets, and offers them as private alternative investment products<br><br><strong>Why us?</strong><br />We offer competitive pay structure, employer paid benefits, an employee savings plan (We invest in your future with our ESP match!), paid volunteer days, ongoing training, and growth opportunities.
