Research Associate III (Senior Health Economist)
The position of Research Associate III (Senior Health Economist) is available in the Modelling and Simulation department at Evidera, a global research consulting group. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing simulation models to assess the cost-effectiveness of healthcare interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement health economic models using Microsoft Excel with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) or simulation specialized software
- Conduct literature reviews and extract data pertinent to health economic evaluations and cost-effectiveness analyses
- Support development and maintenance of scientific resources, such as model templates and modeling training manuals
- Draft project deliverables, including user guides, model specifications, and technical reports
Requirements:
- PhD or Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Greater than 2 years of relevant work experience or Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of programming experience
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel with VBA
