Join us in delivering top-notch care and enriching lives through innovation and excellence</p><p>Your Role:</p><p>As a Residential Support Worker, you'll be a vital part of our team, providing support and enhancing the quality of life for our clients.</p><p>What You'll Do:</p><ul><li>Provide Exceptional Care: Assist clients with daily living tasks, personal care, and promote healthy lifestyle choices. Ensure a clean, safe, and engaging home environment.</li><li>Manage Finances: Handle and record daily financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support clients with their personal budgeting.</li><li>Maintain the Household: Complete assigned chores, report maintenance needs, and ensure the home is well-kept.</li><li>Communicate Effectively: Keep detailed logs, report any issues or incidents, and adhere to SPIKE Inc. policies and procedures.</li></ul><p>What We're Looking For:</p><ul><li>Education: High School diploma.</li><li>License: Valid Class 5F MB driver's license (must drive independently).</li><li>Certification: Emergency First Aid/CPR Level C.</li><li>Checks: Criminal Record Check with vulnerable sector search, Child and Adult Abuse Registry Checks.</li><li>Bonus Skills: Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) and ASL are great, but not required.</li></ul><p>Ready to Join Our Amazing Team?
