<p>We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead our store operations and drive business growth.</p>
<p>About the Role: As Store Manager, you'll oversee daily operations while developing and inspiring a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>

<li>Drive sales targets through effective team leadership and strategic planning</li>
<li>Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities</li>
<li>Implement and monitor KPIs to ensure store productivity</li>
<li>Lead by example in delivering exceptional sales performance</li>
</ul>
<h3>Team Leadership & Development</h3>
<ul>
<li>Recruit, train, and develop store staff</li>
<li>Create succession plans to develop future leaders</li>
<li>Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching</li>
<li>Build and maintain a passionate, customer-focused team</li>
</ul>
<h3>Operations & Merchandising</h3>
<ul>
<li>Ensure optimal inventory management and stock control</li>
<li>Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrink</li>
<li>Execute visual merchandising standards to maximize sales</li>
<li>Oversee opening and closing procedures</li>
<li>Maintain store presentation and cleanliness standards</li>
</ul>
<h3>Customer Experience</h3>
<ul>
<li>Foster a customer-first culture throughout the store</li>
<li>Resolve complex customer service issues</li>
<li>Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional shopping experiences</li>
<li>Build and maintain customer loyalty</li>
</ul>
<h3>Business Administration</h3>
<ul>
<li>Manage store budget and expenses</li>
<li>Report key metrics to upper management</li>
<li>Implement company policies and procedures</li>
<li>Identify and resolve operational challenges</li>
</ul>
<h3>Required Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>3+ years retail management experience</li>
<li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets</li>
<li>Strong leadership and team development skills</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving abilities</li>
<li>Deep passion for retail and fashion</li>
<li>Flexible availability including weekends and holidays</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree preferred</li>
</ul>
