Candidate must also have great attention to detail.

Personal Suitability Candidate must be able to work well in a team, be reliable, organized, and flexible. Specific Skills Delegate tasks/duties to sales workers Authorize payments and return of merchandise Determine merchandise and sell merchandise.

Prepare reports on sales volumes and merchandising Lead, motivate, inspire and coach staff to create a customer centric environment resulting in a memorable and positive customer experience. Deliver exceptional customer service by observing, listening, interacting and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue or complaint resolution.

Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests and complaints Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock Provide weekly reports on Cannabis inventory. Make sure that health and safety measures are met Meet all compliances for inspections as per AGLC guidelines.

Training new staff members and scheduling shifts. Ensure that hours of operation are in compliance with local laws Maintain all requirements, procedures, record keeping as per AGLC guidelines.
