<p><b>Responsibilities:</b><br></p><p>Roles and Responsibilities for this position include but not limited to:<br></p><p><b>Operations Audit Lead:</b><br></p><li>Maintain SUS platform user lifecycle management processes<br></li><li>Periodic platform user audit<br></li><li>Client follow-up and remediation<br></li><p><b>Platform Log and Audit Lead:</b><br></p><li>Product management of SUS Audit and common Logging components<br></li><li>Specification documentation upkeep (requirements and system capabilities for platform and applications)<br></li><li>User guide and training material upkeep.<br></li><li>New requirements management (definition, implementation scheduling etc.)<br></li><li>Implementation validation and sign-off<br></li><li>Periodic review of platform audit data and reports to identify abnormal usage patterns and initiate corrective action<br></li><li>Onboarding and project support for application audit<br></li><li>High level effort and resource assessment<br></li><p><b>Performance and Security Analyst:</b><br></p><li>Generate monthly reports on platform performance<br></li><li>Monitor vulnerability reports and track security patching<br></li><li>Service Management statistics (Incidents, Service Requests, Change Requests, Outage, SLA etc.)<br></li><li>Transaction volume statistics (Gateway transactions, DB transactions, API transactions etc.)<br></li><li>Audit status and issues<br></li><p><b>Service Inventory Manager:</b><br></p><li>Manage SUS Service Description documentation<br></li><li>Manage SUS components CI inventory (liaison to CMDB team)<br></li>
<br><br><h3>Requirements</h3><p><b>Experience and Skill Set Requirements:</b><br></p><p><b>Must Haves:</b><br></p><ul><li>7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.<br></li><li>Demonstrated experience with setting up workshops with the business users.<br></li><li>Demonstrate strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, consensus building and problem-solving skills<br></li><li>Demonstrated experience with planning and implementation of releases.<br></li><p><b>Nice to have:</b><br></p><p>Ideal candidate should have the following exp:<br></p><li>Experience with Cloud Services – <b>Kubernetes </b>(OpenShift) & MS Azure<br></li><li>Experience with reporting tools and concepts<br></li><li>Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills<br></li><li>Demonstrate initiative and responsiveness<br></li><li>Experience with <b>CMDB concepts and methodologies</b><br></li><li>Experience with Remedy and/or eSMT<br></li><p><b>Skill Set Requirements:</b><br></p><p><b>General Project Management and Communications Skills:</b><br></p><li>Demonstrated experience with setting up workshops with the business users. Demonstrate strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, consensus building and problem-solving skills<br></li><li>Demonstrated experience with planning and implementation of releases. Demonstrated experience with developing project plans. Experience with project change management<br></li><li>Experience working in communications or organizational development role<br></li><p><b> </b><br></p><p><b>Operations Support and Service Management Skills:</b><br></p><li>Demonstrated experience with operations and service management on large IT platforms.<br></li><li>Extensive experience with ITIL and service management, analytics, and reporting tools. Developing service management processes for cloud based platforms & services.In-depth knowledge of SDLC and DevOps processes and tools.<br></li><li>Extensive Client Relationship Management experience.<br></li><p><b> </b><br></p><p><b>Architecture, Implementation & Integration:</b><br></p><li>3+ years of experience in the development of internet/intranet applications of enterprise-wide large, medium or small size, multi platform, n-tier, multi component applications<br></li><li>3+ years' of demonstrated competency and experience in implementing physical infrastructure environments and integrating IBM WebSphere Suite of technologies, Integration and API and Oracle DB<br></li><li>Demonstrated competency and experience with the Zachman framework Demonstrated knowledge and experience with business/information/application/ technology/security architectures with enterprise architecture<br></li><li>Demonstrated experience with AODA<br></li><p><b> </b><br></p><p><b>Enterprise Security Solution & Java Application Development:</b><br></p><li>3+ years of experience in enterprise application development focused around the use of features such as APIs (REST and SOAP), microservices, SOA, ESB, Single Sign On, Identity Access Management, Omni-channel design, J2EE and J2EE security<br></li><li>Demonstrated experience with providing application and security architecture for complex enterprise-wide projects<br></li><p><b> </b><br></p><p><b>Public Sector Experience:</b><br></p><li>Experience in the public sector with Enterprise Architecture Approval process (ACT / ARB) and the IT gating process would be an asset<br></li><p><b>Preferred Skills and Knowledge:</b><br></p><li>Knowledge of, and experience with the policies and procedures of the Ontario government (e.g. business case development, project approvals, and policy development) or another large, complex, unionized organization<br></li><li>Knowledge of, and experience with infrastructure services with large organization (e.g. Internal Infrastructure Hosting policies and Provisioning practices)<br></li><li>Service Management service lifecycle, event & Audit management, monitoring services<br></li><li>In depth knowledge of the support organization and ITSM processes adopted in OPS including standards, process and procedures.<br></li><li>Knowledge & Experience with Enterprise service model<br></li><li>Experience with Cloud Services – Kubernetes (OpenShift) & MS Azure<br></li><li>Experience with reporting tools and concepts<br></li><li>Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills<br></li><li>Demonstrate initiative and responsiveness<br></li><li>Experience with CMDB concepts and methodologies<br></li><li>Experience with Remedy and/or eSMT<br></li>
