Donnelly Ford Lincoln is looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team!
What you will do:
Greet our guests and work directly with them to sell them a vehicle based on their needs
Work alongside the Business Managers staying with your guest through the entire process
Establish rapport and an ongoing relationship by providing an exceptional level of service to our guests during the sales process and beyond
Ensure our guests are aware of all features and benefits of the vehicle
Perform follow up calls
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills; in person, over the phone and written
Well organized
Excellent product knowledge
Valid G driver’s license
Valid OMVIC license, or the ability to acquire one
Comfortable with computers and a variety of software programs
