Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to join our Oakville team. In this role, you will combine technical knowledge with strong sales skills to support customers, develop solutions, and drive business growth. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building client relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential customers, understanding their technical and operational needs.
• Provide product expertise, technical guidance, and solution proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement customized water treatment solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes.
• Manage client accounts and maintain strong relationships for long-term growth.
• Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, or a related technical field preferred.
• Experience in technical sales, engineering sales, or water treatment solutions is an asset.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
