<h3>Your Role And Responsibilities</h3>
<p>The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP system administration, upgrades, performance tuning, and landscape management across multiple SAP modules and technologies.</p>
<ul>
<li>Perform installation, configuration, and administration of SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Solution Manager, etc.).</li>
<li>Manage SAP system landscapes, including client copies, transports, and system refreshes.</li>
<li>Handle system monitoring, performance analysis, and tuning for optimal availability and reliability.</li>
<li>Coordinate SAP upgrades, support package implementations, kernel updates, and database patches.</li>
<li>Administer user management, roles, and authorizations.</li>
<li>Ensure proper backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures are in place.</li>
<li>Collaborate with functional, development, and infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues.</li>
<li>Provide support for system migrations (e.g., OS/DB migrations, cloud migrations).</li>
<li>Maintain documentation of system architecture, configurations, and procedures.</li>
<li>Stay updated on SAP BASIS best practices and new technologies (e.g., SAP HANA, cloud deployments, Fiori).</li>

<h3>Preferred Education</h3>
<p>Bachelor’s Degree</p>
<h3>Required Technical And Professional Expertise</h3>
<ul>
<li>7–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP BASIS administration.</li>
<li>Proficiency with SAP systems running on various databases (Oracle, SQL Server, HANA) and operating systems (Linux/Unix/Windows).</li>
<li>Experience with SAP Solution Manager setup and monitoring.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of SAP transport management, system copies, and client administration.</li>
<li>Experience with SAP HANA installations, migrations, and performance tuning.</li>
<li>Familiarity with cloud hosting environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) for SAP workloads.</li>
<li>Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.</li>
<li>Strong communication and documentation abilities.</li>
</ul>
