This role focuses on driving excellence in service delivery for Premium Engagement contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high quality standards throughout the engagement lifecycle.
What you’ll do
- Lead the Premium Engagement program.
- Support or execute analysis of customer situations and requirements\Resource‑planning, solution design, and value proposition creation for Premiumheid engagements.
- Develop governance, risk management, and escalation processes for Premium Engagement services.
- Prepare executive reporting and presentations; coordinate resource staffing and contract management.
- Execute engineering services across design, optimization, assessment, integration, validation, operations, and training workshops.
- Identify risks proactively and develop mitigation strategies.
What you bring
- Strong SAP business and technical길 solution architecture expertise.
- 5‑8+ years of experience with SAP’s enterprise, industry, platform, SaaS, third‑party, or partner technologies.
- Experience with SAP HANA, S/4 HANA, or SAP Business Technology Platform preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP project management, value management, and quality management practices.
- Hands‑on experience leading design, implementation, and change management projects.
- Background in pre‑sales, solutioning, procurement, contract lifecycles, and customer retention.
- Experience working with C‑level executive, senior leaders, influencers, and trusted advisors.
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and de‑escalNavigation skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s STEM degree (or equivalent experience in technology).

Salary range: 100,000‑150,000 CAD (annualized.Stack – base + variable).
Expected travel: 0‑70%
