Scheduler/Dispatcher
Location: Windsor, ON
Salary: $20.83 per hour
Shift: 8 AM start time
We are looking for a reliable and organized Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our team in Windsor, ON.
This role requires strong multitasking skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to coordinate efficiently with drivers and dispatchers.
Responsibilities:
Logging in and getting set up for incoming calls
Handle a high volume of phone calls and assist with scheduling and dispatching
Confirm pickup times and coordinate with drivers to ensure timely service
Work closely with a team of drivers and dispatchers
Adapt to a fast-paced environment with no set lunch break
Maintain efficiency throughout the day and wrap up work by 5 PM sharp
Qualifications:
1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a dispatch or logistics environment
Strong ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Experience with scheduling and dispatching is an asset
Ability to problem-solve and adapt to last-minute changes
