<p>Title: Construction Scheduler</p><p>Base Salary: $77,500-82,500+</p><p>Variable/Bonus: $5,000-6,000+</p><p>On Target Earnings: 82,500-88,500+</p><p>Reporting to: Planning/Scheduling Manager</p><p>Peers: 2 outsourced schedulers</p><p><br></p><p>Key Performance Indicators</p><p> Productivity: Build, Update, Actualize, Ontime, Quality</p><p> Risk: Predictive, Contingency planning</p><p> CSAT: Customer Delight</p><p> Communications: Clear & Concise</p><p><br></p><p>Mandate</p><p> Update & Maintain Schedules: Assist in updating, maintaining, and actualizing schedules for ongoing</p><p>construction projects using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.</p><p> Schedule Development: Over time, develop and build baseline schedules from scratch including critical path</p><p>analysis and resource loading.</p><p> Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with Site Superintendents, Project Managers, and occasionally clients</p><p>to gather real-time data and forecast impacts to schedules.</p><p> Communication: Deliver clear and consistent updates on schedule status, impacts, and mitigation strategies to</p><p>internal teams and stakeholders.</p><p> Documentation & Reporting: Generate Gantt charts, look-ahead schedules, and delay analysis reports as</p><p>needed.</p><p> Multitask Management: Simultaneously manage scheduling duties across 3-5 active projects.</p><p>Logistics:</p><p><br></p><p>Why New Role: Growth .</p><p><br></p><p>Project Size: 10 to 100M$+</p><p>Project Timelines: 18 to 24 months</p><p>Communication Customer: 10%, (internal): 90%</p><p>Travel: 0</p><p>Office: Initially expected daily</p><p><br></p><p>Profile</p><p> Character, Experience, Intelligence, Coachable (in this order)</p><p> Character: Will Want Desire, Self Awareness, Accountability, Integrity</p><p> Experience:</p><p>Capital Project Scheduling Experience (3 to 5 years)</p><p>P6 Primavera and MS Project Must have (Excel and PowerPoint as well)</p><p>ICI experience Nice to have (Residential/Civil/Infrastructure OK)</p><p>Understand Audience: Site Superintendents, Project Managers, Customer Counterparts</p><p>Clear lines of communication and language skill across diverse line of businesses.</p><p>New Schedule building experience is Nice to have</p><p>Stories Relating to:</p><p>i.
