<p>Staff Relief is seeking a motivated individual looking to help support our scheduling and customer service team.</p><p><br></p><p>Join our Staff Relief family and expect to receive Work Perks including:</p><p> Fixed <b>Annual Salary</b></p><p> 100% employer covered <b>Health and Dental Benefits</b></p><p> Canada Pension Plan & Employment Insurance</p><p> Shopping Work Perks</p><p> Vacation time</p><p><br></p><p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><p>• Intakes and maintains staff schedules (e.g., master rotation) in accordance with client/facility requirements.</p><p>• Calls and schedules staff for shifts and replacements.</p><p>• Using strong analytical and organizational skills, plays a key role in effective staffing and scheduling.</p><p>• Communicates changes in staffing, and arranges staff level changes.</p><p>• Revises schedules.</p><p>• Provides back-up and relief for staff, as required.</p><p>• Monitors call volume received, shifts booked, abandoned calls, handle time, and wait times.</p><p>• Works collaboratively with clients, field employees and community partners.</p><p>• Acts as a problem solver for client and responds to inquiries from, community partners and field employees.</p><p>• Reports clients' and field employees' concerns to the supervisor.</p><p>• Directs all field employees' professional practice concerns to the supervisor.</p><p>• Completes new client order form.</p><p>• Communicates revised schedule to staff and clients/facilities.</p><p>• Confirms employee availability.</p><p>• Maintains current seniority lists.</p><p>• Formats, prints and posts staff schedules.</p><p>• Compiles and posts call-in lists.</p><p>• Types and prints schedules, daily staffing sheets and shift reports.</p><p>• Collects, verifies, enters, and files all pertinent client and field employee data.</p><p>• Checks schedules and makes any necessary corrections.</p><p>• Assists applicants in filling out employment forms.</p><p>• Performs word processing, orders supplies, photocopies, shreds, provides reception/telephone services, files.</p><p>• Other duties as assigned.</p><p>• Provides positive leadership.</p><p>• Stays customer service-oriented.</p><p>• Demonstrates high integrity to maintain confidentiality in all matters relating to field employees and clients of Staff Relief.</p><p>• Acts as an ambassador of Staff Relief.</p>Create Your Resume First
