<li>Prepares and records assets, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.</li>
<li>Performs monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analysis</li>
<li>Assisting in the preparation of budgets and monthly forecast.</li>
<li>Analyzes records of monthly transactions to determine accuracy and completeness of entries.</li>
<li>Reconciles balance sheet and profit and loss statement.</li>
<li>Review invoices for accuracy.</li>
<li>Prepare review bank reconciliation for various accounts.</li>
<li>Ability to train and review the work of accountants and accounting clerks for accuracy.</li>
<li>Other duties may be assigned.</li> <p>TMGCT</p> <p><p><b>Job Requirements:</b></p></p> <li>CPA designation or CPA designation in progress </li>
<li>Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills a MUST</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of computer applications/ERP system related to accounting and financial management </li>
<li>Commercial Real Estate industry experiences a strong asset</li>
<li>An understanding of PSF accounting is a huge asset</li>
<li>Quick learner and self motivated who can keep up in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication </li>
<li>Must be detail oriented and strong problem-solving skills</li> Apply
