Job Description:
Insight Global is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a top 5 banking client in Toronto, ON. This candidate will be responsible for reviewing systems and strategies in order to optimize business operations/services.
Roles/Responsibilities:
– Identify current state usage and capabilities of assigned applications by sourcing and analyzing relevant data and information
– Review and document business processes and collaborate with business stakeholders
– Assess the efficiency and performance of technology (software, hardware and the wider IT ecosystem), providing their analysis as an input for strategic long-term decision-making
– Identify and analyze system workflows, capturing pain points raised by the business
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of relevant experience within Capital Markets
- Deep knowledge and technical proficiency of Capital Markets processes and applications
- Experience working with Imagine, Fidessa, Flextrade, TBricks, or other similar trading applications
- Experience with architecture framework and planning
Compensation:
$60/hr to $80/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
