Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Canadian Citizen on VMware Cloud (vCF), Aria, NSX, and HCX Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. This role is ideal for someone with expertise in VMware Cloud Foundation (vCF), Aria automation, NSX networking, and HCX hybrid cloud solutions. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex cloud environments to support business continuity, scalability, and performance. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to integrate solutions and ensure the smooth operation of hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructure.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in VMware Cloud Foundation (vCF) and VMware-based cloud infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of VMware Aria and automation platforms.
- Hands-on experience with VMware NSX, including network virtualization and security.
- Proficiency in HCX hybrid cloud technologies, including migration, disaster recovery, and multi-cloud management.
- Familiarity with vSphere, ESXi, vSAN, and vCenter Server.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and multi-cloud management.
Experience & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of experience in VMware virtualization and cloud technologies.
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or higher certifications (e.g., VCF, NSX) preferred.
- Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, etc.) is a plus.
