<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>Devry Smith Frank LLP is an established, full-service law firm with over 60 lawyers. The firm has a broad-based practice which includes bankruptcy / insolvency, business law, commercial lending, commercial litigation, commercial and residential real estate, employment and labour law, family law, immigration law, personal injury, wills and estates, and tax law. We are seeking a corporate lawyer to join our successful and growing team in our Barrie location. This position will be involved in corporate organizations, and re-organizations, structured financings and private placements, business acquisitions and dispositions, and in drafting and negotiating all manner of general corporate and commercial agreements.</p>

<h3>Qualifications</h3>

<li>Strong professional and academic credentials</li>
<li>Minimum 8+ years of experience in related private practice</li>
<li>Excellent drafting skills, ability to handle files independently and as part of a team, and a desire to exceed expectations</li>
<li>Excellent communication and networking skills</li>
