The ideal candidate will have:- Minimum of 5 years of dedicated Family Law experience·- License to practice law in Ontario- The ability to carry their own files – Strong knowledge of the Family Law Rules, the Divorce Act, the Family Law Act, the Children’s Law Reform Act
