<h3>Job Summary</h3>
<p>Under the supervision of the Operations Manager – BreastCheck, the incumbent will be responsible for providing and performing quality service to the clients of BreastCheck at the Winnipeg and Mobile Screening clinics, in an effective, efficient, and safe manner.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<p>Perform mammography services, including positioning, compression, and radiation safety, ensuring quality control and compliance with institutional protocols.</p>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Graduate of an accredited Medical Radiological Technology education program.</li>
<li>Successful completion of Breast Imaging 1 and Breast Imaging 2 CAMRT courses (or completion within two years).</li>
<li>Member in good standing with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) and CAMRT‑MB, or eligible to obtain and be an active member prior to start date.</li>
<li>Compliant with Canadian Association of Radiology (CAR) continuing education requirements for Mammography Technologists.</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Digital Imaging department using RIS, PACS, and EMR systems.</li>
<li>Valid Manitoba Driver’s License with current Driver’s Abstract upon hire.</li>
<li>Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends & evenings and to travel to communities across Manitoba.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.</li>
<li>Good physical health to lift up to 25 pounds.</li>
<li>Satisfactory employment record.</li>
<li>Legal eligibility to work in Canada.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Assessment Criteria</h3>
<ul>
<li>Thorough understanding of positioning and compression, clinical and technical factors, radiation safety, and quality control.</li>
<li>Exceptional organizational and problem‑solving skills.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as a positive member of a multidisciplinary team.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Preferred</h3>
<ul>
<li>Previous mammography experience.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Assets</h3>
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of Population Health and Screening Programs.</li>
<li>Experience using Maxon BSP and PenRad.</li>
<li>Ability to speak French.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Additional Information</h3>
