Fraserway RV, Canada’s sole coast-to-coast RV Sales & Rentals Dealer is looking for a talented and passionate Senior Manager, People & Culture to join our People & Culture team.
Position Overview:
As a Senior Manager – People & Culture, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and advancing People and Culture (P&C) strategies that align with Fraserway RV’s growth, culture, and mission. This strategic and hands-on position partners closely with leaders and teams to execute talent initiatives, enhance employee engagement, drive performance, and ensure a positive, inclusive work environment. With a focus on building a high-performance culture and maintaining strong employee relations, this role is instrumental in shaping the employee experience and enabling organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Partnering & Organizational Development:
Partner with the Director – People & Culture and leadership teams in the development & execution of a comprehensive organizational development strategy that supports business objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on talent management, workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
- Drive and support organizational change initiatives that align with company culture and business goals.
- Proactively identify emerging HR trends and adjust strategies to address future challenges in workforce management.
Talent Management & Recruitment:
- Oversee the development and execution of recruitment, retention, and succession planning strategies to attract top talent and ensure business continuity.
- Lead recruitment processes across all levels of the organization, working closely with hiring managers to ensure alignment with organizational needs and culture.
- Establish and manage employee onboarding and professional development programs that support career growth and talent retention.
- Lead the performance management cycle, guiding managers and employees in goal setting, feedback, and career development discussions.
- Identify training needs and partner with leadership teams to create or source programs that enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Drive succession planning initiatives to identify and cultivate high-potential talent.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure the company is fully compliant with all federal, provincial, and local labor laws, including health & safety regulations.
- Regularly review and update policies and procedures to maintain legal compliance and industry best practices.
- Address employee relations concerns, providing resolution strategies and ensuring a fair and ethical work environment.
Employee Benefits & Compensation:
- Support the compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, aligned with company objectives, and compliant with relevant legislation.
- Manage compensation strategies to drive employee motivation, performance, and organizational competitiveness.
Data-Driven Insights & Reporting:
- Utilize people analytics to provide insights on turnover, engagement, performance, and other key metrics, enabling data-driven decisions.
- Prepare and present reports and dashboards for senior leadership, identifying trends and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the leadership team and other stakeholders, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of HR technology and systems, using them to drive efficiency and improve decision-making.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven track record in driving strategic HR initiatives and leading cross-functional teams.
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in managing HR functions such as recruitment, talent development, change management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
- Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions and lead organizational change initiatives.
- High proficiency in HRIS, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and other HR technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Proven experience in leading and managing HR projects, from inception through execution.
- Adaptability & Resilience: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adept at managing multiple priorities with flexibility and efficiency.
Working Environment:
- Location: Fraserway RV National/Head Office, with occasional travel to various locations as required.
- Work Hours: Full-time, 4 days in office
- Compensation: 110K-130K
