Sellers are overwhelmed with tools and processes. And it doesn't help - quota attainment is still the lowest it's ever been. Sellers continue to make avoidable wrong decisions and lose deals because they lack the guidance to know how to push deals forward.</p><p>We harness the power of AI and make it accessible to sellers in the day-to-day. Pod makes it crazy easy for sellers to manage their pipeline, creating an AI coach to help them close more deals, faster.</p><p><br></p><p><b> ️ Your Role</b></p><p>We're looking for a product design to leave their mark on Pod. Being first and foremost an intelligence tool for reps, design is top of mind to enable an intuitive and engaging user experience. You'll have direct and significant impact on the business trajectory, playing a central role in product development and shaping how AI features are seamlessly integrated into a holistic user experience. <b>We're looking for someone in a full-time position</b>.</p><p>Given how early we are, you'll have tremendous impact on:</p><ul><li>Our company culture</li><li>Our design philosophy</li><li>The people we hire</li><li>The products we deliver</li></ul><p>Ideally, you're an entrepreneur at heart, are hungry to affect change, and have experience in designing SaaS and AI tools.</p><p><br></p><p><b> Some of the problems you'll work on solving</b></p><p>The problems we solve consistently evolve. If these problems sound fun and familiar, you're probably well suited for this gig:</p><ul><li>Build an incredibly intuitive AI-first product in the sales technology space.</li><li>Participate in the ideation, creation, and implementation of our product roadmap, actively contributing to new feature ideas.</li><li>Understand user pain points, needs, competitive solutions, and industry trends.</li><li>Build high-quality designs and work with product & engineering to implement.</li><li>Gather user metrics (i.e., adoption, engagement, retention) and find solutions to maximize.</li><li>Build viral loops to increase product usage and organic user expansion.</li><li>Integrate AI functionalities in a SaaS product to optimize explainability and value.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b> Is this you?</b></p><ul><li>Experience in product design, humain-computer interaction, UI/UX experience</li><li>Designed full-stack products before - Experienced working with Figma to build scalable design systems and high-fidelity mock-ups.</li><li>Pragmatic - you have action oriented and look for quick wins while balancing long-term vision.</li><li>OCD - high bar for quality, attention to details, and obsessed with user experience.</li><li>AI first - you're up to date with AI tools, vibe coding, and are always staying staying on top of latest development in the space.</li><li>The smart one - strong problem-solver and quick to take action</li><li>Self starter mindset - You've worked with small startup environments and love it.</li><li>You know your way around web design and marketing design.</li><li>If you know front-end development (HTML5/CSS3), you're the ideal candidate.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b> Our values</b></p><ul><li> Deliver Greatness We always strive to consistently deliver awesome work and never compromise on quality.
