<p>Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:</p><p>Job Function: Product Management & UX/UI Design</p><p>Status: Full Time</p><p>Schedule: Regular</p><h3>Description</h3><p>The Senior Product Manager, Home Solutions Value Propositions, will support the development and creation of strategic data-driven value propositions that differentiate TELUS and create value for our customers. You will be part of the team that defines and executes offer strategies that position TELUS as the market leader in connected home services with a laser focus on household acquisition, retention, and customer value accretion.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Own the creation of differentiated value propositions for home solutions services, grounded in customer research, behavioural insights, and a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points</li><li>Utilize market analytics, segmentation, and performance data to identify opportunities that drive customer acquisition, reduce churn, and support accretive base migrations</li><li>Translate insights into compelling offers that resonate with customers and reinforce TELUS’ brand promise of simplicity, reliability, and innovation</li><li>Organize and lead cross-functional teams supporting activities throughout the customer lifecycle to design offers that are meaningful to customers at every stage of their journey, from new acquisition to plan upgrades and retention</li><li>Work closely with the pricing team to design innovative rate plans and offer structures that reflect customer value, market dynamics, and enhance the TELUS brand position</li><li>Influence the evolution of TELUS’ home solutions bundling strategy, integrating services in ways that deliver enhanced value, convenience, and customer loyalty</li><li>Interlock with the Chief Product Office to drive product and systems roadmap in synchronization with the overall value proposition strategy</li><li>Partner with the marketing communications team to bring value propositions to life through clear, impactful messaging that differentiates TELUS in the marketplace</li><li>Ensure go-to-market plans are fully interlocked with channel go-to-market teams and aligned with the customer insights, value proposition strategy, and competitive positioning</li><li>Stay ahead of evolving customer expectations, emerging trends, and competitor value proposition evolutions to continuously inform and refine our offerings</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>5+ years in product marketing, pricing, strategy roles in telecom, technology, or related industries</li><li>Proven experience developing and communicating value propositions, offers and campaigns in multi-product or bundled environments</li><li>Strong understanding of home and connectivity services including internet, TV, home automation, and digital security</li><li>Experienced communicator with an ability to lead executive-level presentations on complex subject</li><li>Deep analytical skills and financial acumen; comfortable using data to drive decisions</li><li>Excellent cross-functional leadership, influencing, and communication skills</li><li>Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and customer-centric design</li></ul>Salary Range: $100,000-$150,000<p>Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%</p><p>Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
