Specializing in multi-family, commercial, and institutional projects, this team is winning major contracts, including a groundbreaking IPD project.</p><p>As Senior Project Manager, you will report to the VP of Operations, lead high-value builds, and coach PMs managing $5 million-$10 million projects. Backed by strong Operations, Field, and Preconstruction teams plus dedicated coordinators, you will have the resources to succeed.</p><p><br></p><p><b>What You'll Do:</b></p><ul><li>Manage commercial and institutional construction projects from planning through completion.</li><li>Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.</li><li>Lead and motivate project teams, including contractors and subcontractors.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Oversee contract administration, proposals, and negotiations.</li><li>Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards.</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.</li><li>Prepare and distribute regular project status reports.</li><li>Provide mentorship to the Project team.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>What We're Looking For:</b></p><ul><li>8-10 years of experience in construction project management (commercial or institutional).</li><li>Experience managing projects between $20 million to $50 million.</li><li>Diploma or degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills. Proven experience coaching and mentoring a project team is desirable.</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.</li><li>Familiarity with construction principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Experience with MS Schedule and Procore is considered an asset.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>To apply for this job, click on "Easy Apply" at the top of this ad, or send your resume to .
