<p>You won’t be stuck in maintenance mode. This role plays a key part in aligning our clients’ business objectives with Ateko’s ability to deliver high-quality technological solutions. You will be at the heart of this dynamic, guiding the project team towards operational and relational excellence.</p>

<h3>WHAT TO EXPECT</h3>
<ul>
<li><b>Leadership and team mobilization:</b> Inspire, guide, and mobilize the project management team to ensure smooth, rigorous, and proactive project execution.</li>
<li><b>Culture of excellence:</b> Establish a culture of responsibility, collaboration, and striving for continuous improvement within the team.</li>
<li><b>Practice evolution:</b> Develop and advance project management practices according to Ateko standards, with a focus on agility, quality, and client satisfaction.</li>
<li><b>Mentoring and coaching:</b> Act as a mentor and coach, provide constructive feedback, support professional development, and foster skill growth.</li>
<li><b>Strategic management and governance:</b> Serve as the strategic escalation point to resolve complex issues, strengthen client trust, ensure rigorous governance (monitoring performance indicators, respecting budgets, timelines, and scope), and promote cross-functional collaboration to maximize project impact.</li>

<h3>THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR</h3>
<ul>
<li><b>Solid experience:</b> Over 10 years in IT project management, including major digital transformations, and more than 5 years in team management. Strong experience in the provincial and federal public sector in the context of a ServiceNow implementation project.</li>
<li><b>Collaborative leadership:</b> Demonstrated ability to lead in dynamic and collaborative environments.</li>
<li><b>Methodological expertise:</b> Mastery of Agile methodologies (required) and PMP or equivalent certification (an asset).</li>
<li><b>Human skills:</b> Excellent ability to coach, motivate, and develop talent, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li>
<li><b>Bilingualism and strategic mindset:</b> Proficiency in French and English, combined with operational rigor and strong problem-solving abilities.</li>
