Position Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager with strong experience in residential construction to oversee multiple projects from pre-construction to close-out. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with deep knowledge of residential building processes, strong financial oversight, and the ability to lead internal teams and subcontractors through successful project execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead full project lifecycle: pre-construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and close-out
Coordinate with clients, consultants, municipalities, and internal teams
Develop and manage construction schedules and budgets
Manage procurement and tendering processes
Oversee site staff and ensure smooth communication between field and office
Ensure all work complies with OBC, health & safety regulations, and company quality standards
Identify and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays or budget overruns
Conduct regular site visits and project reviews
7+ years of experience in residential construction, ideally with custom homes or low-rise multi-unit developments
Proven track record as a Project Manager or Senior PM delivering successful projects in the GTA
Strong knowledge of Ontario Building Code and construction regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project)
PMP or Gold Seal certification is an asset
