We are seeking an Intermediate Project Manager/Project Lead to support a major digital health interoperability initiative. This role involves coordinating complex stakeholder engagements, supporting standards implementation, and ensuring key project deliverables are met within a highly collaborative environment.
Must haves:
7+ years of experience applying Project Management principles to lead and deliver electronic health-related projects, including deployment of clinical software systems; strong expertise in defining project goals, managing risks and scope, clarifying participant roles, and overseeing planning and quality management activities.
7+ years of demonstrated excellence in communication (both verbal and written) with proven ability to engage, influence, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across clinical, technical, and administrative groups.
7+ years of experience in vendor management, balancing competing priorities while maintaining strong vendor relationships, ensuring alignment to expectations, and holding partners accountable for delivering project outcomes on time and within scope.
7+ years of experience managing tight deadlines with the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure consistent progress toward milestones.
