Senior ServiceNow Business Process Consultant
Salary: CA$120,000.00/yr – CA$150,000.00/yr
Overview:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to join an exciting new growth in the team.
What will you be doing:
- Lead processes for ServiceNow projects focused across the Telecommunications sector
- Be the face of the business in speaking with clients to solve their pain points
- Lead functional process workshops
- Design bespoke processes that assist clients in overcoming obstacles and achieving project success
- Gather business requirements to translate them into workable solutions
- Develop and deliver end user testing or training, write user stories, draw process flow, write test cases, etc.
- Support the project while collaborating closely with a team of professionals within the ServiceNow Development team & the ServiceNow Architect
Experience:
- Strong ServiceNow functional background
- 3+ years in ServiceNow experience minimum
