<p><p><strong>Service Team Lead</strong></p><p>Are you a hands-on leader with a knack for orchestrating service excellence? In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in maintaining and growing our Service Department, all while delivering exceptional customer service that sets the industry standard.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform Service Technician duties, including complex diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment, both in the shop and in the field.</li><li>Collaborate with the Service Manager to schedule, assign, and prioritize work within the service department.</li><li>Assist the Service Manager in booking customer repairs and maintain a balanced work schedule that includes customer, internal, and warranty repairs.</li><li>Field customer inquiries on technical matters related to all products, supporting the Service Manager's primary duty.</li><li>Ensure repair work in the Service Department meets or exceeds industry standards for quality and control.</li><li>Share duties with the Service Writer when stepping in for the Service Manager and/or Shop Foreman in their absence.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Possess a Journeyperson certification and boast 5+ years of experience in performing complex service repairs and maintenance.</li><li>Exhibit strong communication skills that shine in your daily work and interactions.</li><li>Embrace a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the dedication to working hard.</li><li>Display working knowledge of computer functions and applications.</li></ul><p>If you're ready to lead by example, drive service excellence, and grow our Service Department, we invite you to apply.
