What will you do?

• Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about the company and its customers
• Installation of sheet metal and duct work as per blueprint requirements to support our local residential new construction projects
• Communicate and problem-solve to ensure builder satisfaction
• Adhere to all safety rules and procedures and relevant regulatory requirements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all modern equipment and regulations
• Maintain company vehicle to neat clean and safe standard

What do you bring?

• Minimum 1 year previous experience in new home construction
• A growth mindset: above all else, we’re looking for people who are dependable, ambitious and want to grow with us
• Ability to follow direction and ask questions
• Physically capable of performing all work required of this position
• Must have a valid driver’s license
