Job Title: Evening Supervisor (3 PM – 11 PM)
Location: Grimsby ON
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Pay Rate: $17.60 – $18.50 per hour (based on experience)
Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Evening Supervisor to join our team from 3 PM to 11 PM. Candidates with Tim Hortons experience or experience in a fast-paced environment will be given preference.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the evening team to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain high standards of guest service
- Follow all food safety and health & safety procedures
- Manage rush periods efficiently
- Handle cash, inventory, and daily store tasks
- Ensure proper closing procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience at Tim Hortons or in a similar fast-paced environment
- Must live nearby and have reliable transportation
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work full-time evenings (3 PM – 11 PM)
- Must be dependable, responsible, and team-oriented
