Job Title: Seasonal Snow Crew Member
Location: Hamilton Ontario.
Pay: $20.00-25.00 per hour
Vacancy: 1
QUALIFICATIONS AND OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Driver’s License or have transportation to and from job sites
- Ability to work long hours
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Self motivated
- Show the ability and desire to problem solve
- Ability to think as a team player
- Ability to do physical work
- Respect of staff and clients
- Respect for on-site safety
- Tolerance to various weather conditions
GENERAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Duties will involve heavy lifting; therefore physical strength and a positive attitude toward labour-intensive tasks are essential.
- Always be neat in appearance.
- This is an outdoor job. Tolerance to various weather conditions is essential.
- Know when and where you are to report for work each day.
- Always be polite and courteous to all onsite visitors.
- When using power equipment ensure that you have gasoline, mixed gas or diesel on-site.
- Ensure that the proper fuel is used for the proper equipment.
- Only use equipment for the work it was designed to do.
- Never drive or operate tools, equipment or vehicles unless you are approved to do so.
- Respond 24/7 when called on for snow removal.
