Snow Removal/Lawn Maintenance
Job Description
We are looking for full time, year round employees. Interested individuals to join our snow / lawn maintenance crews. The contracts will be residential as well as commercial properties.. In winter we work any day it snows as on call and is paid a guaranteed salary per month .In the spring/summer we typically work Mon-Friday but there is the occasional weekend day as well.
Winter salary starting at $3400/month
Vacation Pay paid after 3 months
Winter cash bonus at the end of winter
Some of the Spring and Summer duties include:
-Lawn mowing
Leaf blowing
Trimming
-Garden bed weeding
-Over Seeding
-Yard clean ups
-Garden edging
-Fertilizing
-Spring cleanups
-Power raking
-Aeration
Successful Candidates will have a positive attitude and work well with a team. We expect our employees to be professional and presentable when reporting for duty and throughout their shift. They must take direction well, be physically fit and able to work a full day outside in different outdoor weather conditions. Experience with commercial lawn and snow removal equipment a plus but we will train the right person. Must have own vehicle to get to and from our shop in the southside and clean driving record . Health and dental benefits start after 3 month probation period.
Wage starts at $21- $26 Per Hour with room for growth.
Start date would be Immediate.
