Insight Global is looking for a Software Product Manager to join a large technology manufacturing company on 2-3 days a week on-site hybrid, permanent position in Calgary, Alberta. The Software Product Manager will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including software architects, engineers, developers, UX designers, and data experts, to prioritize features, enhance platform scalability, and ensure seamless integrations. The successful candidate will come from a technical background and experience in AI, and will be leading initiatives that elevate innovation, security, and business growth to drive the strategy, development, and user experience.

Skills and Requirements
- 3-5 years as a Product Manager in the tech industry
- Has past hands‑on technical experience with a strong understanding of software development processes and environments (Ex, Developer, Product Developer)
- Proficient with AWS
- Experience working with AI in a professional setting
- Experience at mid to large tech manufacturing companies
- Comes from a computer engineering or technology background
- Proficient with KanBan, Jira, HubSpot, and NetSuite
- Understanding of UX and data analytics
