We foster an environment where every individual is empowered to bring their strengths forward, drive positive change, and grow both personally and professionally.<br><br></p><p><strong>What You&#39;ll Be Doing:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead month-end close activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and account reconciliations.</li><li>Build and maintain financial models to support budgets, forecasts, and strategic decision-making.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and performance recommendations.</li><li>Design, maintain, and automate dashboards and KPI reporting using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.</li><li>Conduct variance, cost, and margin analyses to identify trends and improvement opportunities.</li><li>Prepare and analyze cash flow forecasts and working capital reports.</li><li>Support audits and compliance requirements, including HST, WSIB, and other regulatory filings.</li><li>Maintain fixed asset schedules including acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation.</li><li>Mentor or guide junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement projects.</li><li>Lead or assist in strategic initiatives such as ERP implementations, automation efforts, and business case analyses</li></ul><p><strong>What You&#39;ll Bring:</strong></p><ul><li>4–7 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial analysis.</li><li>CPA, CFA, or MBA designation (or actively pursuing).</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, VBA, or modeling).</li><li>Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).</li><li>Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into insights.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.</li><li>Experience in transportation or logistics is an asset.</li><li>Work independently and manage time effectively.</li><li>Strong organization skills with high attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to multitask.</li></ul><p><strong>Ready to GO?<br /></strong><br /></p><p>If you are looking for more than just a role and are ready for a career where you can grow, contribute, and belong, then we want to meet you!
