<p><b>Superintendent – Commercial Construction</b><br></p><p><b>Base Salary:</b> $105,000–$145,000<br> <b>Project Type:</b> Commercial building construction</p><p>We are seeking an experienced <b>Commercial Construction Superintendent</b> to lead field operations on commercial building projects from start to finish. <br><br><h3>Requirements</h3><p><b>What We're Looking For</b><br></p><li><b>7+ years of superintendent experience</b> in commercial construction<br></li><li>Proven background leading <b>commercial building projects</b> (office, retail, healthcare, education, mixed-use, etc.)<br></li><li>Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing<br></li><li>Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and schedules<br></li><li>Experience managing subcontractors and enforcing job site safety<br></li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills<br></li><li>Ability to take ownership of the job site and lead by example<br></li>
