With a strong commitment to safety, collaboration, and excellence in execution, the company fosters a team-oriented environment where professionalism and proactive problem-solving are valued.</p><hr /><strong>About the Project</strong><p>This upcoming 8-storey, 208-unit multi-residential project is set to begin construction in <strong>mid-November 2025</strong>. The Superintendent will play a key leadership role on-site, overseeing all construction activities, coordinating trades, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.</p><hr /><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li><p>Oversee day-to-day site operations from mobilization to project completion.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate and supervise all subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project plans.</p></li><li><p>Maintain construction schedules, anticipate and resolve delays, and report progress to the Project Manager.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all work is completed in compliance with drawings, specifications, and building codes.</p></li><li><p>Lead and enforce site safety programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and CNESST regulations.</p></li><li><p>Conduct site meetings, monitor site documentation, and manage project logs (daily reports, inspections, RFIs, etc.).</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, Site Engineer, and Quality Control teams to deliver the project on time and within budget.</p></li><li><p>Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and proactive issue resolution.</p></li></ul><hr /><strong>Qualifications</strong><ul><li><p>Minimum <strong>7–10 years of experience</strong> as a Site Superintendent on multi-residential projects ($30M+ range).</p></li><li><p>Proven track record in managing <strong>mid- to high-rise project</strong> developments.</p></li><li><p>Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Deep understanding of construction sequencing, drawings, and specifications.</p></li><li><p>Proficient with construction management software (Procore, MS Project, or equivalent).</p></li><li><p>Bilingual in <strong>French and English</strong> is mandatory</p></li><li><p>Valid <strong>ASP Construction</strong> safety card.</p></li></ul><hr /><strong>What’s Offered</strong><ul><li><p>Opportunity to lead a <strong>flagship 8-storey residential development</strong> in Montreal.</p></li><li><p>Competitive compensation and benefits package.</p></li><li><p>Supportive management and strong long-term pipeline of projects.</p></li><li><p>Collaborative, professional work environment that values quality and integrity.</p></li></ul></p></p></p>
