<p>Adecco is currently hiring a full-time <b>Supply Chain Systems and Process Specialist</b> to lead changes to Detailed Time Entry (DTE) processes and deploy MCI's MyTrack tool, for our client, a leader in the Oil and Gas sector, in Calgary, AB. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and Supply Chain expertise to ensure successful implementation and sustainment.</p><p><br></p><ul><li><b>Location:</b> Calgary, AB</li><li><b>Shift: </b>Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm in person in office</li><li><b>Job type:</b> Temporary Full-time 1-year contract</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Here's why you should apply:</b></p><ul><li>Paid weekly accurate and on time</li><li>Strong health and safety programs</li><li>Medical and dental benefits once qualified</li><li>Free training programs</li><li>New and quicker onboarding process</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Deploy MyTrack tool and DTE process changes across operating sites.</li><li>Train users and suppliers; provide hypercare support.</li><li>Collaborate with SCM, Finance, Maintenance, IT, and suppliers.</li><li>Manage sustainment activities: pay formulas, rate updates, contract changes.</li><li>Monitor compliance, run reports, and drive process improvements.</li><li>Support system integrations, UAT, and reporting enhancements.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>5+ years in Supply Chain operations or project management.</li><li>Experience with enterprise system implementation and contractor management.</li><li>Strong knowledge of procurement and time entry processes; SAP experience an asset.</li><li>MyTrack or similar system experience strongly preferred.</li><li>PMP or SCMP certification is an asset.</li><li>Leadership and stakeholder management.</li><li>Excellent communication and facilitation.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.</li><li>Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada</li></ul><p></p>
