Support Tech Lead
Toronto, ON - Onsite
"Total Experience: 5+ years
Required Skill Set:
- Minimum 5 yrs exp as a support associate
- 2+ years of support lead experience, including:
o incident triaging
o Major incident management and communication
o Incident Management and problem management
o Change Management and house keeping
- Expert knowledge of Client - Server architecture, certificate, and password management and maintaining webservices
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- ITIL certification mandatory
- 5+ years' experience in the Java /.NET Stack app support and SQL
- Excellent proficiency with Oracle and SQL
- Experience with Dynatrace, ELK, and PagerDuty
