About the Role
We are seeking a skilled teacher of biology to train and evaluate AI chatbots. This role involves assessing the progress of these models, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance their quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate the performance of AI models on complex biology problems, providing diverse and challenging questions to assess their capabilities.
- Measure the correctness and efficiency of AI outputs, identifying areas for improvement to optimize model performance.
Requirements
- Expert understanding of biology, preferably with a completed or ongoing Masters/PhD degree in related fields such as Microbiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Physiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or Environmental Science.
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level) is essential for clear communication and effective collaboration.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to apply inductive/deductive reasoning, experimental design, data interpretation, and systems-level thinking to evaluate AI model outputs.
Benefits
This is a full-time or part-time remote position offering flexibility and autonomy in project selection and scheduling. Payment is made hourly starting at $40+ USD per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.
