Technical Sales Representative HVAC&R

Kehoe Equipment Ltd., a trusted name in Alberta’s HVAC&R industry for over 45 years, is looking to grow our team with the addition of a Technical Sales Representative. We represent some of the most respected names in the industry – including Daikin, Taco, DriSteem, and more – and we’re known for delivering value through deep technical expertise and trusted relationships.

The Ideal Candidate:

You’re not just a salesperson – you’re a problem solver.

Maybe you’re a Red Seal journeyperson in refrigeration or sheet metal, or someone who’s been on the tools and now wants to transition into a more technical sales role. Either way, you understand mechanical systems, can read plans and specs, and are eager to work closely with contractors, engineers, and building owners.



What You’ll Do:


Manage and grow relationships with mechanical contractors, consultants, and end users.

Help size and select HVAC&R equipment for commercial, institutional, and light industrial projects.


Work with manufacturers on quoting, application support, and project follow-up.

Support customers from concept through commissioning and beyond.



What You Bring:

HVAC&R or mechanical trades experience (refrigeration or sheet metal preferred).

Strong communication skills – comfortable with people on-site or in the boardroom.


Desire to learn the sales side of the industry (experience is a plus, but not required).

Self-motivation, reliability, and a drive to be part of a great team.
