Outdoor Marketing Representative

Humber Student Painters – Etobicoke, ON

Humber Student Painters is a home improvement company based in Etobicoke, Ontario. We provide a team-based environment with a strong emphasis on personal growth and development. Role Overview

Team members are responsible for explaining our services to homeowners, scheduling free estimates, and building rapport at the door. This is a door-to-door canvassing role offering free interior and exterior painting and staining estimates. Full training is provided on pitching, objection handling, and booking estimates.

Job Requirements

• Outgoing, energetic, and motivated

• Comfortable working independently and in a team

• Customer service, sales, or marketing experience is an asset but not required

• Goal- and results-oriented

• Willing to work outdoors

• Reliable transportation

• 12–20 hours per week, flexible schedule with 3–4 hour shifts

What It Takes

• Minimum of 2 canvassing shifts per week (3–4 hours each)

• Weekly check-ins with a manager or coach

• Coachable attitude and willingness to take feedback

• Strong work ethic and desire to earn

• Access to a vehicle or reliable transportation

Compensation

• $18–30 per hour

• Results-based pay and incentives

No experience necessary. Training is provided.
